Refund Policy

At Members Only AI, we are committed to delivering education and systems that work when properly implemented. For this reason, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. No Refunds
All payments made are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Money-Back Guarantee.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you:

• Complete all program steps exactly as instructed,

• Follow the process fully without deviation, and

• Can demonstrate through our tracking systems that you have implemented everything as directed,

and you do not achieve the results as advertised, we will refund 100% of your program fees, including the $97 setup fee and all monthly retainers.

3. Verification
We reserve the right to review and verify all actions taken by the client through our tracking systems before issuing any refund. Clients who do not follow the process, skip steps, or fail to implement as instructed are not eligible.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee, email support@membersonlyai.com with proof of completed steps. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days if verified.

5. Ongoing Payments
Monthly retainers are refundable only under the Money-Back Guarantee. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, monthly fees remain non-refundable.
