At Members Only AI, we are committed to delivering high-quality education, systems, and done-for-you solutions that create measurable value when properly implemented. To ensure transparency and fairness, our refund policy is as follows:

1. General Policy – No Refunds

All payments made are non-refundable, except where expressly covered under our Money-Back Guarantee. This policy applies to setup fees, retainers, and program fees unless otherwise stated.

2. Money-Back Guarantee (Done-for-You Services Only)

We stand behind our done-for-you services with a results-based Money-Back Guarantee. You may qualify for a full refund (including setup fees and monthly retainers) if:

  • You have completed all required program steps exactly as instructed.

  • You have followed the process in full without modification or deviation.

  • You can demonstrate through our tracking systems that each step was properly implemented.

  • Despite full compliance, you did not achieve the guaranteed results as explicitly stated in our program materials.

If these conditions are met, a refund of 100% of all program-related fees will be issued.

3. Verification of Eligibility

Members Only AI reserves the right to review, audit, and verify all actions taken by the client using our internal tracking systems. Refunds will only be issued where clear evidence confirms that all steps were followed as instructed. Clients who fail to implement, skip steps, or alter the process are not eligible.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee, you must:

  • Submit a written request to membersonlyaiexec@gmail.com.

  • Provide all relevant proof of completed steps and compliance.

Once received, our team will conduct a full review. Verified refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval.

5. Ongoing Payments and Retainers

Monthly retainers and recurring service fees are only refundable under the Money-Back Guarantee. If eligibility requirements are not met, ongoing payments remain non-refundable.

Please note: Results may vary depending on market conditions and client execution. While we design and deploy digital assets and AI automations intended to create market opportunity, we cannot guarantee success where client experimentation, market response, or investment decisions fall outside our direct control.
